Making a purchase
All the prices displayed in the website include the cost of postage and packaging. You can make a purchase on our online store simply by adding products to your shopping cart. . Payment is via Paypal. We use Royal Mail 1st class post, delivery time from placing our order is usually within 4 days. More specific orders or orders which require being personalised may take up to 7 days. Nearly all orders are processed very smoothly and arrive in perfect condition. Every effort is made to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. If we have made a rare mistake you must notify us immediately. We may require you to return the product to us or provide evidence of the damage, and we will replace your product. If you are not satisfied you must notify us immediately. In the case of non-arrival or damage in transit we will replace or refund the product should you need to return it to us. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Our Novelty chocolates are wrapped with the utmost care. We post them in a strong box with lots of bubble wrap to protect them.

We do not offer a nut free policy.
Chocolates may contain traces of nuts.

Our last day for ordering to get delivered in time for Christmas will be December 20th.  Specific orders need to be placed by December 18th.

Annual Holiday - We will be on holiday from January 1st to the 18th January 2012, any orders placed during this time will not be processed until we re-open on the 18th.
