Please include your name and full postal address on the back of your cheque. Chocolates will be sent out by first class post following receipt of your cheque. For more complex orders such as specified individual chocolates, it may take us up to 4 days to make up the order. However you can also give us a posting date if you wish.

Refund, replacement and cancellation terms - We will refund or replace your order should you not be satisfied with condition on arrival or the service provided. On receipt of your order we will start to process it immediately, should you wish to cancel you can do so with no problem prior to receiving the e-mail informing you your order has been dispatched.
