Ray has been busy building his chocolate masterpieces for the christmas centre piece, these chocolate cabins are really popular and you have to get your order in early.  St Nicholas fayre is well under way in York and proving as busy as ever, it has once again started off a great christmas atmosphere.  We had a really good St Nicks saturday with all staff and customers in festive spirits, the snow just seemed to encourage people out.  Chocolate christmas puddings are also busily being made, my daughter is loving the chocolate snowmen!
